Following your suggestions, we have made several improvements to the charting, both to optimize the fluidity of your use and to offer you more options when creating form and charting templates.

  • Enhanced customization: easily adjust the fields in your forms and file templates to better fit your workflow.

  • Optimized final preview: visualize your documents more clearly before finalizing them.

  • More flexible forms: tailor the questions sent to your patients to your specific needs.

📄 More flexibility in the creation of your forms

 

Group questions so that they appear on one page in intake forms.

You can now add a description for each field in your chart templates.

✅ Add fields anywhere in your templates, rather than always at the top.

The checkbox field is now much more customizable, including the option to make it mandatory.

The maximum number of items in the "multiple questions" and "checkboxes" fields has been increased from 15 to 20.

 

🚀 For smoother operation

✅ In folders, client information remains fixed as notes scroll.

✅ Display the client's phone number on a printable form, simplifying communication and compliance with certain professional orders.

 

⚙️ Bug fixes

Field location saving in template creation/modification has been corrected.
