This information is used to optimize performance and resolve technical issues. Additionally, activity logs are automatically generated to diagnose problems and improve the stability of our platform.

This Privacy Notice applies to the GOrendezvous mobile application available on iOS (Apple App Store) and Android (Google Play Store) platforms (the "Mobile Application").

The GOrendezvous mobile application does not integrate any third-party analytics, profiling, or marketing tracking tools.

Mobile Application Data Storage

Data collected by the Mobile Application is securely transmitted to the Company's servers and is subject to the same security measures and data protection obligations described in this Privacy Notice. Some data may be temporarily stored locally on your device to enable offline operation and improve performance. This locally stored data is protected by your device's security features.

Mobile Application Updates

The Company may update the Mobile Application from time to time to add new features, improve performance, or resolve security issues. When significant changes affecting data collection or processing are made, Professionals and Clients will be informed via the Mobile Application or through the means described in this Privacy Notice.

Mobile Application Uninstallation

Professionals and Clients may uninstall the Mobile Application at any time using their device's standard application management features. Uninstalling the Mobile Application will delete all data stored locally on the device. However, personal data stored on the Company's servers will remain subject to this Privacy Notice unless the Professional closes their account or the Client requests deletion of their data through their Professional.

Changes to This Privacy Notice

We may modify this Privacy Notice from time to time, for example, to reflect changes in our practices related to the processing of personal information or to comply with new legal requirements.
